How do our Private Virtual
Paint Nights work?
That is the number one question we receive every other day, so I thought it might be a good idea to talk a little about that in our brand new Blog.
Almost everyone is familiar with our in person paint nights, but what happens now that we cannot gather together anymore? As many other businesses, we had to pivot and create a new online version of our services. We strive to keep the same energy, fun and level of professionalism we provide in person, and I believe we are doing it. People seem to have such a great time, just like they did this face to face.
Let’s start from the beginning, when you start thinking about doing something special for that birthday party, or when you want to show your employees how much you appreciate them, or when you just miss doing things with your friends, family, or coworkers. When you’ve decided you want to do something memorable and fun, all you need to do is shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the date and time of your party to check availability. You need to have a minimum of 10 participants (or pay for 10 participants if you don’t reach the minimum), and once we’ve checked that the date and time are available, we’ll ask you for a deposit to hold the date.
There are different packages to choose from (class only, class+materials) and they all have a different price, but they start at only $10! That means that you can throw a super fun and memorable party for only $10 per person!
The next step would be to choose the picture you’d like to paint. We’ll email you some choices, but if there is a theme that you’d like to try (the beach, flowers, animals, winter) just let us know and we’ll preselect some paintings that follow the theme. We have so many options!
Now we have the date, time, package and painting selected so that you can tell your friends, family or coworkers!
We’ll ask you to complete the payment a few days prior to the event and we’ll send an email to all the participants with detailed instructions on how to login and set up their painting station for our Paint nite. It’s super simple, quick and painless. We’ll be logging in 10 minutes before the start time to make sure no one is having issues (in case you’re wondering, no, we’ve never had issues, but better safe than sorry right?).
We run our events through Zoom. We design all our events to get you interacting with one another. You can talk back and forth with your host and your friends or colleagues through the camera, and chat feature—it’s just as good as being together in person! We’ll check on the participants constantly to make sure everyone is doing great.
We try to keep this whole process as simple as possible so that you can just relax and know that everything is taken care of and everyone will have an amazing time. And once the paint night is over, you and your guests are welcome to stay in our Zoom meeting for as long as you want.
